Partner Engagement Manager

The Partner Engagement Manager is responsible for working to maximize church partners’ participation and engagement in Academy 4 programs to benefit the church and school partnership, through using and creating supporting resources.
The Partner Engagement Manager works closely with the Partner Engagement Director, program managers for the Academy 4 programs, and other members of the Academy 4 support team.

• Meeting current and prospective churches and establishing productive connections with them.
• Working closely with the Director of Partner Engagement and other teammates to onboard new churches.
• Supporting current churches in their use of engagement in Academy 4 programs.
• Envisioning and identifying needed supporting resources and creating them.
• Generating referrals from existing church partners, volunteers, and other community members to expand the program to new locations.
• Foster church engagement with their school and community partners.
• Coordinating and implementing Cost of Poverty Experience in church areas hosting 4Families or Academy 4.
• Doing presentations to promote Academy 4 .
• Helping to onboard existing church partners into our 4Families program.
• Set 4Families goals with partners, review and track progress.
• Assist in the program execution of 4Families, including site check ins
• Supporting for 4Families in area through resources, supply coordination, and other as needed.
• Supporting Academy 4 programs team as needed, through church recruitment, volunteer recruitment, visits and other partner support.
• Performing other duties as assigned

• Minimum of three years of church ministry leadership experience.
• Must embrace the mission of Academy 4 to equip communities and churches to build lasting relationships with schools and families.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting sponsors and champions for a cause.
• Demonstrating professional conduct with integrity at all times.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, especially in relationship building and customer service.
• Skills to work with and motivate church staff and volunteers.
• Ability to be organized and exhibit “follow through” on tasks and goals.
• Positive attitude; shows love and compassion for the community.
• Demonstrated ability to flex your communication style to others to connect effectively.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing conditions and growth of the organization.
• Ability to relate to leadership from a variety of Christian denominations and traditions.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Facilitation and brainstorming skills.
• Experience in developing checklists, tools, and resources to support teammates and volunteers.
• Comfortability in networking and prospecting to build community connections and cultivate new partners.
• Ability to organize, pack and move boxes up to 25 pounds.
• Drive to church and school locations as needed.
