Partner Engagement Coordinator

The Partner Engagement Coordinator will be tasked with coordinating, organizing, and supporting the 4Families program and other various Partner Engagement coordination needs.

  • • Work with Partner Engagement team to support ongoing communication with stakeholders.

    • Help cultivate community among church partners and school families

    • Coordinate childcare, order meals, schedule volunteer training, and schedule internal staff needed during the 4Families program

    • Provide weekly communication to families, volunteers, and other 4Families stakeholders

    • Coordinate and communicate family recruitment resources and support for 4Families

    • Manage the 4Families registration process, documentation, and reporting

    • Aid in on-going program development and stay current with curriculum updates

    • Track 4Families volunteers, background checks, and other needed trainings

    • Maintain records in our volunteer management system, and provide reporting to leadership and partners

    • Manage, coordinate, and pack, materials for 4Families

    • Monitor and order supplies for 4Families inventory

    • Keep all 4Families supplies organized

    • Support and coordinate other Partner Engagement efforts such as advisory councils, partner feedback, Cost of Poverty Experience and other.

    • Handle other duties as assigned

  • • Must embrace the mission of Academy 4 to equip communities and churches to build lasting relationships with schools and families.

    • Understands the value of service and is willing to do whatever it takes for the program to succeed and reach at risk families

    • Organized and excels at executing processes and procedures and has a great attention to detail; exhibits “follow through” on tasks and goals

    • Able to clearly describe the goals and supporting tasks that accomplish the mission of Academy 4 while speaking and writing

    • A self-starter, who can manage tasks in a timely manner

    • Mastery of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint. and MS Teams

    • Bi-lingual must be able to communicate effectively in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing, to families, volunteers, church leaders, and other stake holders.

    • Have a positive attitude, show love and compassion for the community.

    • Demonstrate ability to flex your communication style to others to connect effectively.

    • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

    • Frequently be able to organize, pack and move boxes up to 25 pounds and drive to church and school locations as needed

    • 2 years of experience in administrative support position

  • Full Time Competitive/commensurate with experience and other qualifications.
